误删除了ssl证书，（已解決問題）

想换一个独立ip，根据网上的某些教程所说的删除了ssl证书，然后发现无法恢复了。
给gd发了邮件，他们的回复
Thank you for contacting Online Support. As a security device, we cannot reissue certificates once canceled. You will need to purchase and install a new SSL Certificate. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

应该是说ssl不能恢复？需要买新的？
但我的ssl买了还不到一个月啊

请问有办法恢复吗？如何发信？

对，书面的意思就是请购买安装一个新的ssh证书，原因是隐私设备政策规定，一旦证书被取消后，他们无法重新发放新证书

可以试试要求退款

可以这样写信：

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I'll purchase a new one then.
BTW, may I get a refund of that old SSL certificates? It was just used one month.
