主机被停了，问了客服，总老是让我回答一个问题。。。

我按提示联系了客服。后来他回了信：

If you can not supply the last 4 digits of the credit card, please provide: cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account: First and last characters of the password on file: Your full postal mailing address: Telephone number
也把自己的信息照写给他了。回了信给他，然后又说怎么怎么。最后又绕回这个问题，我连续回了3次。。。。。还是这个问题。
今天又收到了。。。这个问题该怎么回答啊。。。。难道我回答错了？？？

你直接把开通时发给你的开通信。。转发给他就行了。。。

你回复的信息最好从官网登陆在billing information 里copy，以免产生错误，然后他们是怎么回复你的？

帐户因为超资源被暂停要恢复空间是比较麻烦的，只能和主机商沟通，保证你会对占用资源作出相应的措施，他们才会恢复你的空间
