我 发tickets 要求退款了，下面是他们的回复，请问 该怎么弄？
As you were already informed in ticket #1545683, according to Alipay payment system restrictions, we are not able to issue refunds to Alipay accounts directly if 90 days since the transaction have passed.
Please confirm that we may cancel your account and issue the refund to your billing profile balance.
