求帮忙翻译（已解決問題）

昨天给主机续费了，钱扣了，支付宝也显示成功了，但是godaddy账户没到账，主机到期时间没更新。昨天我发帖请教了坛里的高手，说让我等，今早看还是没到，等不住重新续了。但问题出现了，这次续费和昨天续费的流水号是一样的，也就是说同一笔交易付了两次款。

求高手帮忙将这事情用英文解释一下，谢谢！

Hello!
Yesterday I renewed my hosting and the Alipay showed a success, but godaddy account showed that my renewal didn't succeed. meanwhile, the due time ot hosting haven't updated. So,today I again to renew the fee, but the serial number of renewal  is the same as the former's.  that is, I paid for the two of the same deal . Now I want to apply for a refund ,is that OK?
