购买独立IP一段后突然将我的IP转移另外一处

LN说我占用了共享资源太多,就将我从生产型服务器转到另外一种服务器,造成我无法访问.
我一接到信,就回答,我请LN帮我删掉有问题的程序,尽快让我恢复使用.
他们就回了下面一封信,

不知道,是不是指24小时后,我就可以正常使用了.

以上就是LN限制我的原因,我发信请他们删去,就给我恢复服务,于是他们就发了楼上的信息
