Thank you for contacting online support. In order to host the domain PANSH123.COM as an alias under PANSHSOFT.COM and consolidate them under one hosting plan, you will need to first back up the content from PANSH123.COM and then cancel the plan to free the domain. The content will need to be migrated manually so you will need a copy of it first.  Downtime for this domain will occur.  Instructions to cancel the hosting account for PANSH123.COM are below.


To Cancel Your Hosting Account:




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the My Products section, click Hosting.

Click the on the name of the account you want to cancel.

Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.



NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.




After PANSH123.COM becomes available, you can add it as an alias under PANSHSOFT.COM with the instructions below.

To Add Domains




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

In the Settings section of the Hosting Control Center, click the Domain Management icon.

Click Add Domain.

Enter the domain name in the Domain field.

For Deluxe and Ultimate plans, enter a new or existing folder in the Folder field. This is where the new domain will point. If you do not enter a folder, your domain will point to the hosting directory root.

Do not enter any spaces in the Folder field.




Click OK.



After the first hosting account has been canceled, respond to this account so the remaining time can be credited to the PANSHSOFT.COM hosting account.

Thank you for contacting Online Support. It appears you would like to add time from one hosting plan to another. First, you will need to cancel the hosting plan you no longer wish to keep.

Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.



To Cancel Your Hosting Account:

Click the on the name of the account you want to cancel.

Once the hosting plan is canceled, please respond to this email and let us know which hosting plan you would like to add the remaining time to, and we will gladly do so. However, please note that if the hosting has less than a month on it, we cannot move the remaining time to another plan.
