这是discuz!一个新的产品Manyou。在国外似乎用起来都没问题，现在只发现在godaddy上面有提示此错误。官方解释说服务器不能访问到 124.238.249.8 这个ip。我认为会不会是服务器php配置中禁用了某些函数而导致的呢？我急待解决这个问题。

我想问godaddy是否不支持fopen，为何别的空间就可以使用呢？

2. Lately, I uploaded a new program of Manyou which belongs to Discuz's program. And that, its operation can't be ran successfully. Surely, it can be used on other sites and other servers. I don't know the problem cause of what. Whether related yours server's problem or others. Did you prohibit some function by running? Thank you for contacting Online Support. It appears the application you are running is not compatible with our shared hosting environment. We would be happy to look over a list of requirements to see if your application can be ran on the server with any modifications. 3. I asked and now got some helpful information from official. From the detailed information, I can see that if want to make the operation to run it without that bug, the administrator should open "allow_url_fopen" and "allow_url_include" in the configure.
   
4. Could you authorize this requirement? Anyway, after considering, please let me have the conclusion about. Really thanks for your assistance.
