我收不到开通邮件!

我购买了一月体验的主机,收到了下面几封信:
一:

就是收到这几封,开通邮件没收到,确认邮件也没收到,不知道为什么?已经过了半个小时了,还是没收到

我在Ticket List中看到的是这样的显示:

Ticket ID Last Replier Status Priority Department

现在显示Open了,但是还是没收到邮件,垃圾邮件里也没有

忽快忽慢,一般20分钟以内
