我收不到开通邮件！

我购买了一月体验的主机，收到了下面几封信：
一：
hostgator order

就是收到这几封，开通邮件没收到，确认邮件也没收到，不知道为什么？已经过了半个小时了，还是没收到

我在Ticket List中看到的是这样的显示：

忽快忽慢，一般20分钟以内
