之前给我发过一封信，内容如下：

Alternatively you are welcome to email us at billing@lunarpages.com. You can also call us at 1-714-521-8150 extension 6.
If you registered a domain name through us and it does auto-renew, please be aware that this charge is not refundable. Letting us know ahead of time means that we can stop this process and prevent charges from being applied to your account.
If you would like to close out your account, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you.
