Unfortunately, a dedicated wil not resolve this issue completely, as their are some features, such as email that use the servers ip address.

I would really recommend upgrading to our VPS plan, since there are not but a handfull of accounts on a vps server, and the likelyhood of a vps server being blocked is slim.

Any credit you still have on your account now will be applied to the VPS account.

他说你的问题可能独立IP也不能完全能解决。a dedicated wil   少了个IP，will也少了个l，真粗心哦。
建议你使用VPS。
最后无论你打算独立IP还是VPS，你还是要高所有他们你的决定。

不幸的是，独立IP完全不能解决这个问题，因为他们具有一样的特点，比如email用的也是服务器的IP。

我真心推荐你升级到我们的VPS方案，是因为在一台vps服务器上只有少许账户，极大限度上vps服务器被封锁是渺茫的。

如果你现在申请vps账号，你仍然可以赊购。
