Hello,

It appears your site and our server IP may be blocked by the Firewall of China. Here are options that we can suggest to resolve this issue:

Server move - We can offer a one time move to another server at no charge, that currently isn't blocked, however there is always a possibility of the server becoming blocked again.

Get a VPS account - VPS accounts have fewer accounts on each server so the likelihood of the server becoming blocked is less http://www.lunarpages.com/virtual-private-server/

Get a Dedicated Server - On this plan, you are the ONLY account on the server, so if you are being blocked, then it is because the nature of content that you are posting http://www.lpdedicated.com/

If you opt to take our offer on the server move please provide us with the following to avoid delay:

A tracert to chakra.lunarbreeze.com to be sure you can reach the new server.

Also a tracert to your domain:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

To copy the traceroute or any data from command prompt: Right click the blue area of the command prompt window> move cursor to edit> left click mark> hold shift key and then hold left mouse button and drag cursor over all of the text in the window until all is highlighted in white. Right click blue area of the command prompt window > move cursor to edit> left click copy.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I yourdomain.com and hit enter

Please let us know if you require any of the following:

ASP - Active Server Pages Support ($1.00/month per domain or subdomain)

JSP - Java Server Pages Support ($2.00/month per domain or subdomain)

mySQL 4.0 or 4.1 or 5.x (Please confirm which you require, new servers are 5.x and all servers are being upgraded to 5.x eventually)

PHP 4 or 5

PHP exec(), system(), or dl() functions

MySQL databases? - if you have these, please back up the SQL databases using the 'backup' option via cPanel. You have the option here as well to backup the full account, home directory, email aliases and filters as well. These are recommended when considering a move of the account.

Parked domain(s) - (Provide name(s))

SSL Certificate - (Provide Domain it is enabled for)

Email Defense: - (Provide domain(s) it is enabled for)

Custom Mail/MX records: (Provide them here)

Custom DNS Records: (Provide them here)

If you wish to proceed, for security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide your Lunarpages account username and the last 4 digits of your credit card on record.

这个具体收费不是很清楚，一般都是免费更换一次，很少有人付费更换的，应该可以找个理由让LP帮你再次换服务器的，论坛里有好多会员都换了三四次了
