最近swvps挂了，说是PA网络的问题，正在处理。

We are currently experiencing an issue with the PA network. The networking department is aware of this and are currently working on this. We are doing everything we can to get this back online as soon as possible for you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

根本就是那个PA机房完全瘫痪。。
美国本地也无法访问那个机房
