We have received one or more complaints regarding apparent bulk email
activity in conjunction with your account. We are concerned that this
bulk email activity may not have been handled in a manner consistent with
our anti-spam policies. You may review them here:

In order to address this matter, we must ask that you confirm the
following information:

1. Whether or not your mailing utilized opt-in confirmation (not to be
confused with just opt-in), wherein each subscriber specifically added
themselves to your list. Upon subscribing, they are sent an email with a
tagged confirmation link that they must click on in order to be added to
the list. Those who do not click on the link receive no further emails.

2. Whether you log the date/time and IP address associated with each
confirmation that takes place.

3. Where we may independently review your opt-in confirmation logging
data.

Please address the three matters above as soon as possible, as either
non-compliance with our anti-spam policies or failure to fully address
all policy-related concerns in an expeditious manner can result in
account disablement without further warning or refund.

不过这封信的意思说,他们接到一些投诉说你的帐号里有邮件服务在发送垃圾邮件
他们要问你几个问题
大概意思是
你发送邮件之前是否得到了顾客的许可,有没有在得到顾客的订阅EMAIL?有没有一一进行确认?
