问下这是啥错误？什么问题导致的？谢谢

对了，还有下面这句提示   “Note: Your Credit Card will be pre-authorized during the application verification process. Once your application is approved, the cost selected for your reseller pricing plan, will be charged to this card.”

你的信用卡被拒绝了，授权不能通过，提示是 response code 1059。下面是解释，在他们验证你的申请的过程中，需要预先验证你的信用卡（不是收取），一旦获得准许就从卡上实际扣除。

response code:1059 是他们验证你的信用卡时，一个返回的错误代码，说明你的卡不能通过验证，至于什么原因，给他们联系一下，或者查找一下他们的购买说明。有可能不是卡本身的原因，而是他们处理上的问题。

检查一下你的卡号，以及卡背面的 Card Security Code，是否错了。
