问个使用信用卡的问题

我注册enom的账号，注册到最后一步，出现  信用卡拒收，授权失败。  

有人知道怎是啥原因不？

信用卡是否开头网上银行，还有就是部分银行visa卡是半残废

错误提示  ERROR - Credit Card Declined: Authorization Failed. (Authorization failed with response code: 1059)

网页上有这样的提示   “Note: Your Credit Card will be pre-authorized during the application verification process. Once your application is approved, the cost selected for your reseller pricing plan, will be charged to this card.”

打电话到发卡行问问吧，我用工行的也是经常刷不出

在别的地方预授权有问题没有？

这个应该是卡的国际有一个功能没有开通，我也有一张，开了那个功能就好了。
