跟HM交流之后，他们同意独立IP退款，并给我换回原来的共享IP，但是我不知道他们这里的退款流程是怎么样的？斑竹帮帮忙。

独立IP一般是不给退款的，没有退过独立IP，如果他们同意给你退款，按照他们的说明来操作就行了

可以退的，但是都是英文，看不大明白，尤其是这句：

这句应该是说明怎么退独立IP的，但是具体怎么样操作，希望斑斑大人能翻译说明一下。
