godaddy 这个说法合理吗(已解決問題)

Thank you for contacting Online Support. I am showing that one refund was declined as it was requested twice. The reason we only refunded you 2 months is because you bought it with a domain name which gave you a discount of $10.00 but is only acceptable if you keep the hosting. We issued a refund for 2 months instead of not giving you a refund at all.  Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

服务态度不算好,我不给他们回复他们也不说啥原因不退款

合不合理,要看你当时购买花了多少钱买多长时间的服务,还有那项服务已经使用了多长时间。

如果你买了12个月的服务,享用了服务6个月,这样客服退6个月或者5个月的费用是合理的。

如果你购买服务时候使用了折扣优惠,那么退款一般不会退足全额。
