我的网站打不开,给客服去了一信,现在回信如下

• From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
• Click on the domain for the hosting plan that you wish to renew.
• Click on the Edit Account Details tab on the box that pops up.
• In the Renew Now menu, select the time frame for the renewal.
• Verify the product, time frame and total cost for your purchase
• Once the estimated total appears, click on the Add button and complete the renewal in your cart.
• Check the box to the left of 'I have read and agree to the terms of the Universal Terms of Service above'
• Click 'Continue With Checkout'
• Verify your payment information and order total
• Click 'Place Your Order' to complete the checkout process

You should receive an email receipt detailing the information of this purchase shortly after the payment was processed.
