GODADDY 竞价内详 ,求 帮助

自己以前有个backorder 在GODADDY,近来无事做就拿来玩玩,因为是英语盲,看见大厅有许多米在竞价
也就跟去竞价了,现在的情况如下
  
我预定的域名是A
但是我竞价的域名是B （ 我是最高价,也成功了)
系统给我发个邮件,说什么在WON里 ,但是我 WON列表没有那个米,反而在Don't WIN 里有了
因为账户还有别的米,牵扯到信用问题,所以有点担心

我竞价2个米 ,60那个是人家出的价格,我被淘汰了
50那个是我出的价格,也是最高出价者,附上 邮件

现在的疑问就是,1 是不是 必须参与抢注那个域名的才能购买（我为什么也能随便参与）
                            2  无法付款,是个4位字母 com 米  50美元 个人还是喜欢的
