GoDaddy退款 部分没收到（已解決問題）

主机是有Economy升级到Deluxe
申请退款后收到了两张退款单
一张是购买Economy的钱 还有一张是升级到Deluxe的钱
从Economy升级到Deluxe补差价的钱  在申请退款的第三天就到支付宝了
可是购买Economy的钱  到现在工作日都超过7天了钱还没到
我该怎么问他们？版主大大帮忙组织下语言 翻译下
那个没收到的退款收据号码是:334660377

Hello!  I used to upgrade to the  Economy hosting of Deluxe hosting, because of being not satisfied, so I applied for the refund and also succeeded. After the upgrade of the difference of the money has been to my account , but why the former Economy  hosting money hasn't  accessed to my account?  All for more than one week, please check it . thank you !
