Thank you for contacting Online Support.  Based on the information provided, you have a concern with your hosting account.  After reviewing this account, you do not have a hosting plan currently.  In order to properly support this issue we will need to reveal account specific information. Before we can give out any information on the account, we will need to verify the customer number with the hosting account and the 4 digit Support PIN on the account. Use the instructions below to locate the 4-digit Support PIN for your account. Please include the PIN in your reply.

You may also modify this setting using these instructions:

• Select 'Account Settings' from the 'My Account' menu
• Click on the 'Account Security Information' link
• Confirm your email address in the 'confirm Email' field
• Enter in your password in the 'Current Password' field
• In the space marked 'Call-in PIN', enter a 4-digit number that you will supply to our Customer Service or Technical Support Representatives in order to verify your identity and customer account
• When you are done, click on the green 'Save Changes' button

NOTE: Modifying your PIN is optional. For verification purposes we will require that you provide the PIN in your reply.

GoDaddy现在FTP File Manager里的解压功能禁止了？
打包一个网站成zip格式用FTP上传到服务器上，再进入godaddy的文件管理FTP File Manager里选中文件点Unarchiue解压时鼠标变成了禁止图标！！
屏幕除了顶部的导航菜单能点其它都点不了。。。
为什么会这样？难道是我用户级别不够？我买的是Deluxe - Linux 按道理比经济型空间权力更大呀。
难不成godaddy想要把这个解包功能收费了？？

我的功能用不了，它却回复好像让我改密码？？功能用不了和改密码有关系吗？？

他们的意思是 他们也不太清楚 正在帮你检查确认你的账号和PIN码 你需要告诉他们 你的PIN码
还有 自己可以点击'Account Settings' 再点击'Account Security Information'   然后确认你的邮件地址 在'Call-in PIN'里输入PIN码先确认自己的账户信息。
