We have a temporary Speed Test, we don't plan on using it for long but for fun, here is the link ;) http://www.jbwebhosting.com/speedtest/ This is on the Dallas Network and has nothing to do with line latency, just pull speeds from Dallas SL DC.
Let's say you sign up for a UMVPS1 in Dallas and you decide you want to move the VPS to Seattle. We can migrate your VPS to one of the Seattle Nodes, keeping your data intact. The only issue is you will have to change IP(s) when moving from DC to DC. This is free for the first move/migration but if you want to move the same VPS again, there is a fee of $10/one time. Another thing to keep in mind for cPanel setups, the license is validated by the IP, so if you switch to a new DC and need new IPs you will be subject to any license fees that occur as the licenses cannot simply be switched.. only a new one can be created and the old canceled. If you don't need cPanel, then don't worry Plesk and LXAdmin do not pose issues when changing IPs, as far as the licensing is concerned.

你先注册了一个UMVPS1 的VPS在达拉斯，然后你打算把这个VPS搬到西雅图。我们可以帮你迁移到西雅图的节点，并且保证你的数据完整。
你只需要做的就是更改IP（也就是域名的重新解析嘛）。
第一次的转移是免费的，但你如果想再相同的转移一次，需要支付10美金每次。另外关于CPANEL，授权是根据IP而生效的，所以如果你换到了新的机房，并且分配了新的IP，你需要支付新的CPANEL费用，然后新的CPANEL的授权会自动建立，旧的那个也会自动取消。（就是多付一个月的CPANEL）
如果你不需要CPANEL，而是用PLESK或LXADMIN，那么你不用担心有这个问题。
