GoDaddy换系统ip不变（已解決問題）

前天新买的主机 ip是被墙的
无论怎么换系统ip就是不变
进ftp file manager 以下提示
Cannot find home
Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact support.
主机路径提示不能用  
我该跟客服怎么说？大大帮忙翻译下  感谢

Hello!    my new Godaddy hosting IP was blocked the day before yesterday . But,now
No matter how to change  the system is also the same IP.meanwhile,
FTP file manager the following tips :
"Cannot find home
Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact support".
what's the matter on earth ? thank you !

换系统有可能更换IP，但不一定，建议lz购买独立IP
