被关闭的帐户上绑定的域名怎么办？

我在淘宝买了一个合租的Dreamhost空间，只有ftp/ssh用户名无面板，现在空间商的帐户因为有用户发垃圾邮件被Dreamhost关闭，面板无法登陆，无法解除域名的绑定，这个域名就没法绑定到dreamhost的其他帐户上，发了ticket回复如下。

Hello,

I have looked into your request and have found that the domain
legendmove.cn was hosting on an account that was disabled for spamming.
You will not be able to host this domain on any other Dreamhost account.

太过分了，难道域名就没法用了？（不是我的域名发的垃圾邮件啊）

legendmove.cn是你的域名？
客服说这个域名所在空间已经因为垃圾邮件被封，所以以后禁止绑定这个域名了
你向他们解释说，你是借朋友的空间，那个垃圾邮件不是你所为

The spams aren't from my domain.Someone else did it,so your irresponsible action to disable all the domains on the account is absolutely wrong.

论坛里那个Dreamhost的TOS该更新了
