意思是喊你等，客服把你的问题提交到ticket了，这个是解决稍微麻烦点的问题的方式，而且这个是排列子的，你需要等，一般2天内可能回复你吧。

没等好说是已经删除，怎么办呢到底是谁的责任呀，我感觉是LP的责任，删除的其他文件我能恢复，恰恰是这个最重要的文件夹不能恢复，我该怎么办呀

如果觉得是LP的问题的话，可以直接发信过去询问下，看看他们解释。有可能是你错了哦：）

我感觉是LP错了吧？果真我又问了一下，这次客服换人啦说：Hello,

I apologize for my colleague message. I checked the issue reported and I was able to restore the kj directory from trash back to public_html.
