My virtual hosting couldn't transfer files by FTP program ,but I used the same computer, one FTP program,testing  another one , which could transport files normally. what's more, when the FTP program (FlashFXP) "Command" option set List for "List" or "in MLSD", Unable to connect to FTP, and log was as follows:
