Please ignore the previous e-mail with this subject title. You are receiving this e-mail because a VPS service you have with us has undergone unscheduled maintenance. We do not currently have an ETA for when your server will be back online.
You do not need to open a ticket with us at this time, as we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. If you do have a ticket with us we will respond and ask that you do NOT open multiple tickets.
We will update you as soon as we are able, but ask that you do try to contact your server every half hour. When you do regain connectivity, we ask that you close any open ticket to help us resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
