有人升级过LP的basic plan的ruby和rails版本吗？

他们的basic plan上面的ruby和rails版本很旧，1.86和2.2.2的版本，问了下他们怎么升级，告诉我不行，要我换VPS或者独立主机。郁闷啊，朋友的bluehost是可以单独自己升级的啊，还有个web页面可以去操作.

没有升级过 ，不过LP主机一般的程序都是可以安装的！
