我有一个网站超载了，buibiz.com.cn。我从IX的控制面板里删除了这个站，但是FTP里还有。我就给IX回复，说我删除了域名但是FTP里的文件删除不了，请帮我删除。以下是他们的回复。
我翻译了，但是实在弄不懂什么意思啊。

I regret to inform you, that our administrators are unable to re-enable the access to your web content until buibiz.com.cn exists in the control panel. Please remove this domain name from control panel and update this Ticket, so that we can proceed further.
In order to remove domain name from the control panel you should login into account from https://manage.ixwebhosting.com and proceed to the control panel via Manage button next to the hosting plan details. Then you should open "Domains" and click on "trash" icon next to buibiz.com.cn domain name and confirm all steps without removing domain name folder from the web server.
