请问gd是不是同意退款了,具体是怎么讲的。英文很差好多地方看不懂,在此谢谢帮忙的老大了。
Thank you for contacting Online Support. I have requested that a refund be applied to your account as per your request for the applicable items. As some of our services are non-refundable, the request must be reviewed and approved by our billing department. Please allow 48 hours for my request to be processed and for the credit to appear in the order history of your account, if approved.
Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
In the Domain Manager, you can attempt to recover expired or canceled top-level domain names (TLDs) during the renewal grace period and the registry redemption period. In addition to the cost of renewal, you might be required to pay a fee for the domain name recovery. For more information, see What is your process for handling expired domain names?
To Recover Expired Domain Names
Log in to your Account Manager.
In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
From the Domains menu, select Recover Expired Domains.
Select the domain names you want to recover.
Click Recover.
Select the renewal length for the domain name, and then click Next.
NOTE: Renewal lengths for multiple domain names can vary depending on maximum renewal lengths allowed by the domain name registry.
(Optional) Select the registration and website options you want to apply to your domain name renewals.
Click Next, and complete the checkout process.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Sincerely,
Amy P.
