It appears the account is currently beyond the 30 day period to be eligible for refunds. The billing period for the account currently shows as 2008-07-27 to 2010-07-27.
The 50% off your renewal that was offered previously is for the renewal of your hosting account, should you decide to stay with Lunarpages. Alternatively, I would like to offer an additional 6 months of hosting to be added to your account, if you would prefer that instead.
If you would like, we can simply set your account to expire when it's up for renewal on 2010-07-27, but as previously mentioned, you would not be eligible for a refund on hosting services, as the account is beyond the 30 day period for refund eligibility.
