用户资料丢了怎么办

我想申请lp退款,但我注册时的用户邮件不小删掉了,怎么办啊!!
其实我已比发了退款信了但两天了还没有任何回复!!!!!!!!

你是说你登录不进LP了?
可以发信要求他们给你重发一次用户名密码。登录进去就可以看到自己注册时候填写的资料了。


如果已经申请退款,他们一般会先要你回复下你的注册资料以便确认是你本人在申请退款

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us back.

It appears the account is currently beyond the 30 day period to be eligible for refunds. The billing period for the account currently shows as 2008-07-27 to 2010-07-27.

The 50% off your renewal that was offered previously is for the renewal of your hosting account, should you decide to stay with Lunarpages. Alternatively, I would like to offer an additional 6 months of hosting to be added to your account, if you would prefer that instead.

If you would like, we can simply set your account to expire when it's up for renewal on 2010-07-27, but as previously mentioned, you would not be eligible for a refund on hosting services, as the account is beyond the 30 day period for refund eligibility.

Please advise how you would like to continue. Thank you for your time.
