Thank you for update. Unfortunately it is impossible to re-enable access to databases until you resolve issue which is the reason of overload. Most probably the problem is related to bad queries or not optimized structure of mysql tables. We recommend you to debug applications on local server, find the source of the problem and correct it. Then inform us about changes to databases/scrips so we can re-enable access to databases and check if changes resolve overloading issue. In case you need any backup of mysql database, please let us know about it. I've changed status of this ticket to On-Hold until your update.
