通过PayPal向LP要求退款

是8.18买的LPThe Basic Hosting Plan，两年，花了118.8美元，上上周的周六(8.30)发现被中国的防火墙拦住了。

现在FlashPic.cn不能访问，透过代理都管理不了。

上周只要要求退款，没想到5，6天没有反应，连Ticket都不回复我了。今天只好用PayPal要求LP退款，希望成功！

不知道大家有什么高见没？有什么好的办法？



内容如下，很多错误，请大家帮忙矫正：

I bought the virtual servers, and I can not use it by normal operation in China.


LP is committed, unconditional refund within 30 days.

I bought The Basic Hosting Plan(http://www.lunarpages.com/basic-hosting/) on 18th August, and I can't visit and manage my site for 10 days.



After several days of time thinking, I carefully apply for a refund, please review!

These following reasons:
1. After several days of experience, I feel I do not fit your basic host;
2. I do not have more money to buy an additional independent IP, or VPS services;
3. I like the process is not very suitable for Phpcms, and often occurred 500 wrong;
4. My English is not good, communication is a problem;
5. The final and most important, the service responded too slowly, and I last Saturday the problems up to now have not yet been resolved. This I can not be tolerated.

其实用不着退款，更换服务器或者购买独立IP就能解决问题了

更换服务器，他们回复了好几天都没有更弄好。
购买独立IP，还是没有保障的。

每个LP用户都是用更换一次服务器的机会的，只要你把你的服务器的tracert结果发过去就可以了
独立IP只要自己的网站没有问题，一般是不会被封的

tracert结果发过去,来来回回很多次。都没解决。于是我要求退款了。

刚才回复我说只退50％，请问是不是有这样的例子？

退款之后域名是归自己的，你可以转出或者直接在LP续费使用这个域名

我接着用了，不过Lp的域名是在另外一个网站注册的，控制面板太差劲了！

于是用了一个免费的解析。

LP的域名控制面板不能做A记录，只能改NS，的确是不太方便
