ticket是用来联系LP客服的，跟发邮件差不多，但比邮件要快些
可以在LP官网登陆你的ticket

刚才登陆了。但是要输入用户名和密码。我输入在lp的用户名和密码，但是不能登陆。

在你开通信里有或者自己注册一个
