今天LP的客服终于来消息了：

Hello,

I have requested that a dedicated IP address be enabled for your account. You should be receiving a failed payment link to make your payment with using your paypal or you can pay it to paypal@lunarpages.com and provide us with the transaction ID # so we can apply the payment.

Please note that it can take a few days for a dedicated ip address to become available and enabled for the account. You will be notified once it has been completed.

看不太懂，然后我去了我的cpanel，看到Pay Bills下面多了下面这图，请问是不是我直接点那个确定按钮就行了啊，还有我可以用不是以前买空间时候用的PP号可以吗？用个未认证的美国PP也行吗？请速回答一下，谢谢！！
