I have notified our devs about issues with this account and they are investigating. We will see if we can get a status on this issue for you and get it back up as soon as possible.

呵呵，英文沟通确实是个障碍。
你可以这样说：

Hello , When will my website come back to me , I cann't wait for any longer or else I have to request an refund issue.
