通宵换了hm的空间，但ping和访问都好慢？

昨天通宵一个晚上，把空间从gd换成hm的，结果今天访问非常的地慢，不知道是怎么回事。是我本地网速的原因还是空间的原因呢？
各位帮我访问一下，博丫网http://www.xuguoping.net
