Your web hosting payment is now 10 days past due your account has been suspended, and will be terminated in ten days if payment is not received. If you do provide immediate payment you must submit a sales ticket confirming payment was made. Your account will then be enabled and a $10.00 reactivation fee imposed.

If you pay us by credit card the reason you are getting this email is because your credit card has failed.
If you are sure your card has funds on it the reason it failed is due to some credit card companies such as capital one block recurring charges to take place from Internet merchants. This means you will have to follow the below directions and login to the account every month and pay the bill manually.
You can pay this invoice, and or update your credit card on file at https://secure.hostgator.com/billing/ As soon as you login click "total due" than select the invoice you would like to pay and click "pay online" You will get a credit card box to fill out and submit for the charge to run. If you have entered a new credit card number it will not be saved for future payments. To update your saved card on file click "home" from inside the billing system, click "my finance" and last "update cc"
