godaddy域名转入超过一个月没有完成会自动退款吗

本人在2011年4月7日申请域名转入到GODADDY,并且已经通过支付宝完成支付了。但是因为没有从原来的域名注册商获得转移码,一直纠缠到今天(5月9日)才获得转移码。但是当我登陆到GODADDY继续进行域名转移的时候,无法进行了。并且,在Domain Transfers 选项里面没有看到自己要转入的域名了。请问,这个是因为超过一个月自动取消转入了吗?我当初花费的转入费会自动退还我吗?自动打入到支付宝吗?感谢各位达人指教!

小弟上个月转 GD 也有出现问题 .. 信息为 传输失败 ..

但小弟有按来信指示操作 .. 重新启动转移 .. 后来有成功转入 ..  

您现在都已超过一个月了 .. 要杂办不晓得了 ..

您连移转码都没提交肯定是失败了 .. 查查 whois 看看米现在哪儿 ..

要不就联络客服说 xxx.com 域名转入失败 要求退款了 ..

当时,第一次进行转移的时候,步骤进行到输入转移码就停下来了,因此在5.9的时候选择要转移的域名,REINITIATE这一行的所有标记都是灰的,显示不能执行……
5.10早上收到GODADDY的信,内容如下:
Dear XXXXXXXXX,

This notice is to inform you that the items listed below have been deleted from your 35848101 account:

.COM Domain Name Transfer - 1 Year (recurring): XXXXXX.COM

If you feel this action has occurred in error or you need further assistance, our support staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

      • Online Support
      • Email: support@godaddy.com
      • Phone: (480) 505-8877
      • Website: GoDaddy.com, Inc.

我该怎么办呢?谢谢啦~~~

麻烦各位仁兄,帮我看下是说我需要重新缴费继续转移域名,并要退款给我吗?
Dear XXXX,

Thank you for contacting Online Support.

I have reviewed your account and can verify that your transfer expires after 30 days of inactivity.  You will need to buy a new transfer and begin the process over for it.  I have also refunded you for the failed transfer so you will get your money back for that one.

貌似是拒绝你退款,原因是你的域名并没有进行转移(转移失败不成立),要求你重新进行转移。
