请教：关于新独立IP无法使用问题

尊敬的版主您好，新手请教一个问题：
情况说明：我的独立IP是和LP空间在8月16日一起买的，域名没有要免费的那个，准备用我现在在用的lure8.com，所以，搬论坛前暂时用一个ilure.cn的解析过去LP新空间那里。
问题是：我的ilure.cn已经解析到独立IP：216.97.224.132那里了（ping了知道解析过去），可就是PING不通，LP客服现在问我如何解决这个问题，我也不知道要如何解决，请版主给个建议好吗？谢谢！！

I tried to use your approach, but still did not help, the results still can not connect.
The IP:216.97.224.132 can not be used, will you help me to replace the new dedicated Ip?

帮我换了个公用IP，居然延时只有201MS 还不掉包

换了 74.50.25.180  这个IP是吧 速度也很正常啊

我发现PING时间跟服务器的响应时间还是不一样，我170多ms的有时比400ms还慢

版主您好，换了的这个IP是公用的，我想要一个独立的IP，要如何提出？
以下是对方客服的留言，我不太明白他的意思，请版主帮我看看：
Hi,

We are having a delay with the dedicated IP resolving on our new datacenter servers which you are on. For the meanwhile so your site is accessible we are reverting your IP to our shared IP until a working IP becomes available. I have created a separate ticket to request this for you, we will continue to keep you updated.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch, should you require further
assistance.

请问：他的意思是要等有可用的独立IP才给我换，现在暂时用公共IP吗？

不会吧？？PING就是你的机器到服务器来回的包测速啊，延时越短应该越快吧？？
