事情是这样的，我买的godaddy的虚拟主机和ssl送独立ip，用了两周感觉实在用不下去了，就删除了主机和ssl，并要求退款，他们退了主机11个月的钱，可是没有退ssl的钱，他们说ssl不能退，可是我把他删了，我想请高手帮我写个ticket，说明原因，就是希望他们退ssl的款或者帮我恢复ssl的独立ip。

I had deleted my web hosting already, including the ssl. I need the refund of webhosting and ssl both. but so far I haven't got the ssl refunded yet, which I deleted carelessly ever.

Hope you could deal with it as soon as possible for me. It is acceptable for me to get the refund or restore the dedicated ip.
