买了一个独立ＩＰ．都好几天了．想把钱给支付了．可是点了ＰＡＹＰＡＬ．居然出现要我输入验证信息的页面。而不是每次只要输入密码就转入到支付页面．我的ＰＡＹＰＡＬ没消费到５００．我怎么做　？

paypal余额购就不需要输入信用卡信息。
现在支付页面改变了，进去之后左侧是输入信用卡信息，右侧是登陆，在右侧填写信息登陆即可
