gd FTP不能登录求翻译（已解決問題）

gd5.4号自动给我的空间更新了,但是空间更新之后网站不能访问,用FTP看不到以前上传的文件了,有时候FTP也不能登录

在后台点FTP File manager看不到一个文件,只提示This folder contains no files or subfolders,应该怎么跟gd说呢?

You automatically update my space on May 4,but my website can't be accessed after that.
Using FTP tool can't see uploaded file before,sometimes FTP also cannot login.
In the background,none file can be saw after I click "file manager" options,it only hint "this folder contains no files or subfolders" information!
