Thank you for contacting Online Support. Upon review of this issue it appears the domain in question is currently active and available in the domain manager. The following information will help you access your account's domain management interface:

• Select 'Domains' from the 'My Products' menu.
• You can use this section of your account to change hosting settings (Name Server Information), register name servers (Domain Host Information), or perform other administrative functions for your domain.

I apologize for the delay in the setup of the email in your account. The accounts have been reset and the issue should be resolved shortly. Please allow up to one hour for the email accounts to be ready to use. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Currently we are unable to replicate any issues with the setup of the hosting plans. To set up your hosting account, follow these directions.

First, log into your customer account:

• Select 'Hosting' under the 'My Products' section.
• Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click 'Setup Account'.

The Hosting Manager screen will display.

• Enter or select the domain name you want to use for the hosting account.
• If you want to use Frontpage for this account, select 'Install' next to Frontpage Extensions.
• If you want Java enabled for this account, select 'Setup' next to Java Enabled.

NOTE: The Frontpage and Java options will only display if you purchased a hosting plan that includes these features.

• Create a User ID and password for the hosting account. This is the User ID and password that you will use to access your free Web Statistics page as well as your hosting account.
• Click 'Continue'
• Verify your account information. If everything is OK, click 'Submit'.

If everything is done correctly you will see a congratulations message informing you that your account will be ready for use in a few minutes. You will receive an email message once your hosting account is ready to use. This email message will include all of your basic account management information.

Please let us know if we can help any other way.

Thank you for contacting our Advanced Technical Support Team, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. You need to change your name servers to our Hosting Name Servers This will correct your Pending MX records.


To point a domain to our hosting servers

• Select Domains from the My Account menu.
• Click on the domain for which you wish to change the nameservers.
• Click on one of the nameservers listed near the top of this page.
• Click on the Hosting Nameservers .
• Click OK.


NOTE: Changes to the settings of a domain can take up to 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.

把域名指向他们服务器的操作
• 选择域名从你的帐号里
• 点击你想更改服务器名的域名
• 点击这个页面顶上列出的域名服务器名称其中一个
• 点击使用这个服务器host你的域名和网站 .
• 点OK

注意，更改域名设置可能要花上2天才能生效，下面是为什么可能需要这么多时间的解释，可以不管。你只需要等待就是了。

我很纳闷，我的域名、空间、邮局都是在GD他们这里购买的，怎么还需要我对域名服务器做这些更改呢~~~
