请帮我看一下 ixwebhosting客服的回复(已解決問題)

我有个ixwebhosting主机申请退款,已经提交了ticket给他们,现收到他们的回复,内容如下,请懂的人告诉我一下大致意思,我下一步该如何做?

Dear Wu,

We are sorry to hear that you've had so many issues with your account. We do our best to provide superior support and service, but it sounds like we have failed here. We'd like to address any issues that you are currently having and to make sure that happens, I've passed this ticket along to your personal support assistant and their team. They will be contacting you soon to see if we can help you out and keep you as a customer. One thing that would assist them in this would be for you to detail the specific issues that your website is currently facing. If you've already explained these in another ticket, just point us to the ticket ID to keep you from having to type it all out again.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at anytime, we are available 24/7.

他们已经将你的ticket提交给了他们技术团队,不久将会联系你,不过他们不想失去你这个客户,所以希望你能够尽量的把你遇到的问题阐述详细一点来告诉他们,以便他们技术团队帮你解决,如果你已经在另一个ticket详细阐述了你的问题,你可以发给他们,重新试一下!
