申请LP空间时的免费域名一直不能用

我给LP客服写了信。客服也回了，让我提供诸如用户名之类的信息
最后一封给我的信是7月27的，内容是

Before we proceed, we will need you to reply back to this ticket with the following information: For security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide the following: cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account: Last 4 digits of the credit card on file: This request is for security reasons only. If you can not supply the last 4 digits of the credit card, please provide: cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account: First and last characters of the password on file: Your full postal mailing address: Telephone number: Thank you.

我提供了他要的数据之后就没信了～
我想写封信问问，不知道怎么写才好
拜托各位帮我组织一下语言哈

这封信是要先确认你的安全信息的，你需要提供：
1.域名
2.主机账户密码的第一位和最后一位
3. 你的住址
4. 你的电话号码


你可以这样回：

他每次让你提供的信息是不一样的，目的是为了确定你是机主本人，确保你主机的安全。你再提供给他们吧。

你是經過平台發的ticket還是email的? 如果是email可能會遺失了, 嘗試用平台的試試看.
如果是平台的, 一定會有回覆的.
