还是ＩＰ问题．

我申请了个独立ＩＰ，然后ＨＧ他们就来信说了这一堆我看不懂的东西．还有，我之前看到你们的那个换ＩＰ的说明，大莫说有几项不需要填写，可那根本就不行，都是带＊号的，不填写根本发送不出去的．所以我全部填写了．麻烦各位看一下这是什么意思．
