开始我说要退款,他们说:“I have requested that a refund be applied to your account as per your request. Once the credit appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.”
然后过了1天又来了个邮件说:“We recently received the following refund request:。。。Unfortunately, your request has been denied.
Please contact our customer support staff for additional information:”
我问他们为什么?他们说:“Thank you for your response. I understand that you have some question in regards to your refund request for your Hosting account. You can view your order history for any refunds that where placed to your account by using the guide below. However, to answer your question for the failed refund, you will need to contact our Billing Department for assistance in this situation. Please call them at 480-505-8855. Our billing representatives are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.”
是不是只有给他们财务打电话才行?
我是用支付宝支付的“Hosting - WordPress - Economy - 3 years (recurring)”和“ Standard (Turbo) SSL (3 Years) (annual)”只用了不到半年,如果不能退的话,能不能给我恢复产品,我不要数据,并且最好能把WordPress Hosting改成Web Hosting,谁帮我翻译一下,谢谢了!!! |

I paid for the "Hosting - WordPress - Economy - 3 years (recurring)"and ”Standard (Turbo) SSL (3 Years) (annual)" which are used less than six months,and the payment method is paypal.If I can't have a refund,could you help me to regain my products,I don't need to recover the data,and changing WordPress Hosting into Web Hosting is much better,thanks a lot! |
