I have checked the site 8000yy.com and the DNS. I have had no issues with the site resolving. If the site is not resolving you may want to do a trace route. A trace route can provide information about where the site is having issues resolving.
If you are running Windows on your machine, you can perform a traceroute using Command Prompt.
To Perform a Traceroute in Microsoft Windows®
From the Start Menu, select Programs, then Accessories.
Here you will find either MS-DOS Prompt or Command Prompt.
A window will display with something similar to the following:

C:\windows>
In this screen type: "tracert INSERTDOMAIN.COM" (without quotations, and replace insertdomain.com with your domain name) and press Enter.

C:\windows>tracert domain.com
After the trace route has completed, right click anywhere on this window and click Select All.
Press Enter and the information will be copied to the Windows clipboard.
Paste this into a text document (Notepad, WordPad, etc.).

If you are running Mac OS X, you can use the Network Utility application, which is included with Mac OS X, to run the trace route.
To Perform a Traceroute in Mac OS X®
Launch Network Utility, which is under the Utilities folder on your hard drive.
Click Traceroute.
Enter the domain name for which you want to perform a traceroute, and then click Trace.
Select the results, and then right-click and select Copy or press COMMAND+C to copy the text.
Paste this into a text document (TextEdit, etc.).
